Elementary Sunday School Resumes Tomorrow!
Elementary Sunday School will resume tomorrow, Sunday, September 6th. It was such a joy having your children in service with us this past summer! Please thank them for their attentive listening and hard work on their sermon worksheets - it was such an encouragement to see!
Upcoming Volunteer Opportunity with Cru
Cru is hosting their annual Brewers Tailgate event for college students on Friday, September 11th. If you are interested and able, please sign up to provide food or event supplies. There are a few spots left! Items can be dropped off at the Philips’ home or can be picked up by Cru staff - additional details are on the sign-up. You can sign up here or at the resource table on Sunday morning. Thank you in advance for supporting and serving this college ministry!
Pastoral Candidate Q&A & Ice Cream Social | Sunday, Sept. 13th | 5:30-7:00pm | Beloit Baptist
Our pastoral candidate, Nick Matula, will be preaching during our Sunday morning service on September 13th. Later that evening, join us at Beloit Baptist from 5:30 to 7:00 PM for a Q&A session and an ice cream social! Childcare is available for children from nursery age to preschool. Current Series | Daniel: God’s Kingdom through Exile
The prophet Daniel and stubborn Israel was exiled to enemy territory. Yet Daniel wrote to declare that God still reigns over all and His kingdom will never be thwarted. God is with His people, and He will bring His kingdom to the nations through their exile. It’s a message Christ-followers need today, living as exiles on our way to a better country, God’s consummated kingdom (1 Pet. 1:1; 2:11; Heb. 11:13-16; 13:14).
